Information we collect
Our website may collect information you submit through contact, party-booking, or band-booking forms. Our internal management application accesses accounting information that an authorized QuickBooks Online administrator permits, including reports, accounts, transactions, vendors, customers, and related business records.
When an authorized Google account connects to Hermosa Management, the application may access Gmail messages and labels, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, and basic account identity information only as permitted on Google's authorization screen. This access supports internal inbox triage, business-document processing, scheduling, reporting, and related Saloon operations.
How we use information
We use information only to operate Hermosa Saloon, respond to inquiries, manage bookings, prepare internal financial and operating reports, reconcile business records, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers that help operate our business, when directed by an authorized user, or when required by law. Google user data and QuickBooks data are not used for advertising.
Hermosa Management's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage, security, and retention
Access credentials are stored in restricted systems. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to authorized personnel. Information is retained only as long as needed for business, accounting, legal, or security purposes.
Your choices
An authorized administrator may disconnect Hermosa Management from Google or QuickBooks at any time through the applicable account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through this website, contact us below. Accounting records may be retained where required by law.
