Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Hermosa Saloon website and the private Hermosa Management business application operated by Hermosa Saloon LLC.

Authorized use

The Hermosa Management application is for Hermosa Saloon LLC and its authorized personnel. You must have authority to connect any QuickBooks Online company and are responsible for safeguarding your account access.

Accounting integration

The application may retrieve and, when expressly directed by an authorized user, create or update QuickBooks accounting records. Reports and automated analyses are management aids and do not replace review by a qualified accountant, bookkeeper, tax professional, or attorney.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of law or another party's rights.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, Hermosa Saloon LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Third-party services

QuickBooks and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Intuit is not affiliated with or responsible for Hermosa Management.

Termination

Access may be revoked at any time. An authorized QuickBooks administrator may disconnect the application through QuickBooks settings.
